How long does delivery take?
We ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington. Shipping within the United States typically takes one to two weeks, or four to eight weeks for international orders, depending on your location. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us at contact@driftmag.com.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Make sure your shipping address is correct!
What is the reason for the high cost of international shipping?
Unfortunately, international shipping—even via the most basic post—is expensive. We are always looking for shops and stockists overseas to save readers the shipping & handling, so if you have any suggestions of local places that would be a good fit, let us know. You can check out our growing list of stockists for the nearest retailer.
Will I need to pay import duties?
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you; Drift has no control over these. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Drift accepts PayPal, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive two e-mails: one when your order is received and a second one when it leaves our warehouse with a tracking number included. Unfortunately, we are unable to track some orders shipped outside the United States.
What is your return policy?
Oh no! We’ll do what we can to help. Check out our return policy and send us an e-mail at orders@driftmag.com.
What should I do if I don’t receive an issue?
Please contact us at contact@driftmag.com for assistance.
How can I get a copy of a sold out issue?
Check our stockists page. Occasionally, copies are returned in the mail and become available.
Will you re-print sold out issues?
Thanks for your interest, but we do not re-print any issues that have sold out. Our magazine is offset printed, so it’s not as simple as making a few more copies.
How do magazine subscriptions work?
We offer two types of subscriptions: a one-year auto-renewing and a two-year non-renewing. With the auto-renewing subscription, you’ll automatically receive the latest copy of Drift each time it’s printed. You will be charged when subscribing, and again every two issues thereafter until you cancel your subscription. With a two-year subscription, you are purchasing four magazines in advance to be delivered as soon as each one is printed. You will have to get another two-year subscription once you have received all the purchased magazines.
With which issue will my subscription start?
The first issue of a subscription is determined by our publishing schedule. Your subscription will start with the next magazine that has not been printed yet.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes!
Can I cancel a subscription?
You may cancel a subscription at any time, and receive a pro-rated refund on any unsent issues. Please contact contact@driftmag.com for assistance.
How can I change the shipping address for my subscription?
Please log in to your subscription details page to check/edit your shipping address. If you have any difficulty, send us an e-mail.
How often do you publish new issues?
We publish twice a year, once in the winter and again in the summer.
Is there a digital version of the magazine?
No; as of now, we are not planning on making the magazine available in any electronic format.
Do you have a press or media kit?
Yes. Please see our media folder for images and accompanying material, and our media kit for more information.
How do I stock Drift in my retail or online shop?
